At B Miller Recycling
Our History
B Miller Recycling was founded in 2008 by Stephen "Bubba" Miller, former UT Vols offensive lineman (#71), and specifically center, for former quarterback, Peyton Manning. Bubba is also well known in the NFL for his 11 year career as a Philadelphia Eagle (#65) as well as his time with the New Orleans Saints. As a football player for the University of Tennessee, followed by 7 seasons in the NFL, Bubba Miller protected quarterbacks. As the owner of B. Miller Recycling, Bubba helped protect our environment as he supported Middle Tennessee's goal of landfill diversion. In 2013 alone, B. Miller Recycling exported over 2.8 million dollars of scrap commodities to China, South Korea and India to be recycled in the manufacturing of new commercial and industrial products.
In 2022, Bubba retired from scrap metal and sold B Miller Recycling to Waste Solutions of Tennessee. As a locally owned and woman-operated business in middle Tennessee for 20+ years, Waste Solutions, also a solid waste processor, is known for excellent customer service in the roll off industry while also recognized for creative branding and repurposing of material. With our ever shrinking landfill space, the combining of forces between B Miller Recycling and Waste Solutions resulted in a one-stop shop for residential, industrial & commercial customers looking for an eco-friendly alternative to traditional waste disposal methods, while recycling metals.
B Miller Recycling has grown to become a leading recycling center in the region, serving both residential and commercial customers with a safe, convenient location in Franklin, TN where all customers can visit and bring in recyclables. B Miller can also place construction dumpsters sized from 10-40 cubic yards for either hauling scrap metal or for construction debris such as wood, sheetrock & concrete as well as household materials such as toys, furniture, plastics & cardboard. Whether you are an individual or a large company, B Miller Recycling is your source for waste removal, and for returning money back to you for your recycling efforts.
